Visual guide, not investment advice: an underweight can be intentional (ongoing exit, cash-drag). Past performance does not guarantee future results.
🔮 10-year projection
Compound interest simulation: an annualized rate is converted to a monthly rate (rate / 12) and reinvested every month for 120 months. By default, the average platform rate this month.
Theoretical simulation at a constant rate. This is not investment advice: past performance does not guarantee future results and capital is at risk.
Monthly observations
✅ Positive points
Lendermarket tops the ranking (8.0/10): solid 16.47% annualized return, strong ECSPR regulation and efficient auto-invest.
Nectaro confirms second place (7.6/10) with 16.31% annualized and full MiFID II regulation, interests paid very regularly.
⚠️ Negative points
FF Forest stays at the bottom of the ranking (3.2/10): provisional red flags while the platform is under surveillance, heightened vigilance. Capital withdrawn, only reinvested interests keep running. The platform announces a transformation with a new regulated platform that would show a clean record to the German BaFin, still a hypothetical project not launched.
Indemo still at 0% in September, no interest paid, funds still locked.
👁️ To watch
8lends posts 35.28% for the month after swapping $8LNDS tokens for USDC on Uniswap: outside loan returns, not comparable to the base rate. Maclear stays solid at 15.12% and Triple Dragon stabilizes at 15.07%.
Revest dips to 2.32%: early-September deposit placed on 3-month bullet loans, interests due in about 30 days. Debitum at 10.64%: simple accounting shift, part of late-September interests paid on October 1st. Hive5 at 14.06%, nothing to report even if XIRR since the start looks a bit low.
🎯 Planned actions
I am waiting for the second part of the FF Forest funds to dispatch them to Loanch, Triple Dragon, Hive5 and Maclear. If I return to FF Forest, it will be on the new regulated platform if it launches. Meanwhile I reinvest interests on each platform and wait for the Revest bullets maturity.
💬 Other observations
I now use the XIRR() function available in Google Sheet: it computes the annualized return from the exact dates and amounts of each deposit and withdrawal, where my former average-investment calculation became too complex once withdrawals exceeded deposits.
⚠️ Avertissement : This ranking reflects my personal experience. It does not constitute investment advice. Observed returns include signup bonuses that temporarily inflate performance. Future months will show more realistic returns.
❓ Crowdlending ranking FAQ
What is the best crowdlending platform in 2026?
There is no single best platform: it depends on your goals. This ranking compares 15+ European P2P platforms on real returns observed month after month — check the Top 3 above for the current leaders.
How is this crowdlending ranking calculated?
I invest my own money on every platform listed here. The ranking combines annualized returns actually received (including signup bonuses), base interest rates, ease of use and project availability, and is updated every month.
Is crowdlending risky?
Yes. Lending money involves a risk of non-repayment and potential loss of capital: never invest money you may need short-term and spread your savings across several platforms. This site shares personal experience, not investment advice.
How much can you earn with crowdlending?
Annualized returns observed on this page range from around 10% to over 20% including bonuses, well above regulated savings — with a matching level of risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
