How I evaluate crowdlending platforms

A transparent approach based on real experience

Evaluation Criteria

Each platform is scored out of 10, based on 4 weighted criteria minus any risk penalty:

Performance

4/10

50/50 average of the annualized return since the start and the current month return, including bonuses and cashback

Regulation

3/10

Regulatory framework, investor compensation, fund segregation

Maintenance

2/10

Effort to follow the news and manage cash drag

Age

1/10

Platform seniority and historical track record

Risk penalty

−1.5 max

Subtracted from the score: originators in difficulty, solvency concerns, regulator scrutiny

Data Source

All return data comes from my personal investment portfolio. Each month, I update the actual results with received interest, bonuses and cashback. I don't use theoretical data or estimates - only verifiable figures.

Monthly Update

The ranking is updated every month after receiving interest. This regularity allows tracking the actual evolution of platforms over several months and identifying trends.
